Abstract
We apply our recent formalism of magnetic scattering of X-rays to ferr omagnetic iron and Cr47Fe53 alloy. The theory has been constructed in the framework of the fully relativistic spin-polarized KKR-type multip le-scattering theory. We discuss how to adapt our theory for substitut ionally random alloys in context of the coherent potential approximati on (CPA) and apply it to anomalous magnetic scattering of X-rays at th e L-II,L- III absorption edges of iron and chromium in Cr47Fe53.
