Abstract
Pulse shape discrimination is applied to the signal obtained from a ph otodiode coupled to a CsI(Tl) crystal to perform li ht charged particl e identification. Very good light charge particle identification is ob tained and Li-8 are differentiated from double He-4 hits. (C) 1998 Els evier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
