Abstract
The human oncogenic protein p13 is coded by the gene MTCP1 which is ex pressed on mature prolymphocytic leukemias. We investigate its 3D stru cture using 2D homonuclear NMR. The main secondary structure elements found in p13(MTCP1) are antiparallel beta-sheets which fold in an eigh t-stranded orthogonal beta-barrel.
