Abstract
We describe optical components and optical modules using a photofabric ation technique to demonstrate applicability of the technique for opti cal purposes. A thick plate and a prism were fabricated to study fabri c characteristics. Examples of optical modules implemented by the phot ofabrication technique are a beam expander and an interferometer basep late.
