Communications is often referred to as a ''two-way street.'' As produc
ts and services increase in complexity, this premise has retained its
simple concept: sending information from point A to point B and receiv
ing information from point B at point A. In this age of information, t
he desire to know ''what's going on'' is a strong one. Luckily, modern
communications systems offer access to information (and people) anywh
ere, anytime. The complexity occurs in the way that the information is
sent and the types of information being sent.
