Abstract
The exciton dynamics in Zn1-xCdxSe/ZnSe multiple quantum wells have be en investigated by temperature-dependent time-resolved photoluminescen ce experiments. A polariton effect (leading to a linear T-dependence o f the decay time tau(PL)) and thermal escape of carriers from the quan tum well at relatively high temperature (resulting in a decrease of ta u(PL) With the temperature) are observed in samples of different stoic hiometry and well.
