We theoretically study the electron-electron scattering rate tau(ee)(-
1) for electrons in a two-dimensional electron gas with a perpendicula
r magnetic field, within the GW and plasmon-pole approximations, as fu
nctions of temperature T, impurity scattering rate Gamma and magnetic
field B. The r(ee)(-1) increases with increasing T and increasing Gamm
a, and shows the structure of the Landau levels as B is changed. (C) 1
