Abstract
Simple modules over the Leibniz pairs are studied. Simple Poisson modu les over Poisson algebras of the semisimple associative algebra struct ure are determined and they are nothing but simple bimodules over simp le associative algebras with standard noncommutative Poisson algebra s tructure.
