We consider the phase transition in the ensemble of n polymer chains d
eveloping on the halfline x greater than or equal to 1. All chains are
independent of each other in all points except the origin x = 1, wher
e the point well is located. The well depth depends on the number of b
eads of different chains simultaneously staying at the point x = 1. We
show that if the well depth grows faster than 3/2n 1n n with n, then
all chains become localized simultaneously at the origin in the limit
n much greater than 1. In the conclusion we discuss the connection of
the above defined problem with the phase transition in the copolymer c
hain with a quenched random sequence of monomers using the replica app
roach.
