Abstract
Antibodies covalently bound to multiple-well plates offer a useful app roach to ELISA provided the antibodies' binding properties are not mat erially affected by the interaction with the plastic material of the p late. This article presents a study of the characteristics of multiple -well plates carrying chemical groups suitable for the formation of co valent bonds with the amino groups of proteins and peptides.
