C. Hartmann et al., MAGNETIC-FIELD DEPENDENCE OF THE ELECTRON-LO-PHONON INTERACTION IN A 2D ELECTRON-GAS, Europhysics letters, 41(5), 1998, pp. 559-564
The intensities of the circularly polarized luminescence of the radiat
ive recombination between two-dimensional electrons and bound holes an
d of its longitudinal optic (LO) phonon lear-energy sideband have been
investigated at low temperatures of about 100 mK as a function of the
magnetic field. These replica reproduce exactly the main magneto-lumi
nescence spectra including the singularities specific for the gaps rel
ated to the integer and the fractional quantum hall states. a model wi
thout any adjustable parameter is proposed to explain the results and
reproduces semi-quantitatively the observed variation.
