Abstract
We demonstrate the existence of oscillations in the magnetic peak posi tions of Stark-Cyclotron Resonances due to acoustic phonon scattering in confined superlattices and investigate the oscillations of level br oadening in the Wannier-Stark localization regime as a function of the magnetic field due to acoustic phonons. Manifestation of these effect s in recent experiments is discussed. (C) 1998 Published by Elsevier S cience Ltd.
