We report a case of symptomatic acute posterior cruciate ligament (PCL
) rupture in a 3-year-old boy. At arthroscopy, the PCL was avulsed fro
m the femoral attachment with intact ligament substance. Arthroscopic
repair of the PCL was performed by transosseous sutures, which were pl
aced using a suture-punch and an anterior cruciate ligament drill guid
