R. Muller et A. Weis, LASER FREQUENCY STABILIZATION USING SELECTIVE REFLECTION SPECTROSCOPY, Applied physics. B, Lasers and optics, 66(3), 1998, pp. 323-326
Linear selective reflection spectroscopy with frequency modulation has
been used to lock the frequency of a diode laser to a Doppler-free hy
perfine component of the Cs DI line. We discuss the performance of thi
s novel frequency stabilization scheme and analyze its dependence on v
arious system parameters. The technique is compared to the commonly us
ed saturation spectroscopic techniques.
