Abstract
Lymphocytic colitis is characterized by chronic watery diarrhea and an intraepithelial lymphocytic infiltrate along the entire colon. Althou gh its pathogenesis remains unclear, a number of drugs have been incri minated, including ruscus aculeatus, ferrous sulfate, and vinburnine. A case probably induced by ticlopidine is reported herein. Another sim ilar case has been reported.
