Abstract
A case of bilateral renal lymphangiomatosis in an asymptomatic 50-year -old female is presented. Ultrasound and CT studies were performed. A finely septated fluid collection surrounding both kidneys and traversi ng the midline was found. Surgical biopsy was obtained and revealed fi ndings compatible with lymphangiomatosis. A review of the literature o f renal lymphangiomatosis is given.
