Abstract
The proposal of measurement of double beta (beta beta) decay of Cd-106 is presented. The aim of the proposed project is the development of t he experimental methods, construction of spectrometers and measurement of the beta beta decay (beta+beta+, beta(+)/EC, EC/EC) of Cd-106 part icularly the 2 nu EC/EC mode. The theoretical description and basic ex perimental ideas suggested for the solution of the project are also gi ven.
