Angiosarcoma is the most common primary malignant neoplasm of the hear
t. The incidence of metastatic disease is 66% to 89%; however, initial
presentation with metastatic disease is rare. We report the case of a
patient who presented initially with soft tissue and cutaneous metast
ases in the absence of cardiac symptoms.
