Abstract
The objective of this study was to illustrate the diagnostic and thera peutic aspects of renal haematomas based on 3 cases observed in the Ca sablanca urology department and a review of the literature. In 50 % of cases, the haematoma is secondary to adenocarcinoma or angiomyolipoma , requiring specific treatment.
