RETROPERITONEAL GANGLIONEUROMA - A CASE-R EPORT

Ganglioneuroma is a rare tumour in adults, We report the case of a 26- year-old woman admitted in our department with right renal colic. Ultr asonography and computed tomography showed a heterogeneous retroperito neal mass measuring 8 x 7 cm in diameter and displacing the ureteropel vic junction and right kidney anteriorly and laterally. The preoperati ve diagnosis was retroperitoneal tumour, Surgical exploration revealed a totally resectable retroperitoneal tumour with a histological diagn osis of ganglioneuroma.
