Abstract
The preparation and optical properties of amorphous indium nitride thi n film deposited by the reactive sputtering method are shown. An elect rochromic effect and a photodarkening effect are observed in this mate rial. Their mechanisms are proposed based on results of X-ray diffract ion and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
