Abstract
Free-radical species of rat isolated hearts, perfusied by Langendorf m ode before and after the ischemic preconditioning, have been studied b y the ESR method. It has been obtained that the preconditioning result s in increasing of ubisemiquinone concentration in myocardium, which c ause the changes in spectral and relaxation characteristics of the ESR signals.
