Abstract
The present paper reports the fourth case of hypocomplementaemic urtic arial vasculitis in a child. We describe a boy who, after many years o f arthritis, urticaria, eye inflammation and hypocomplementaemia, deve loped rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis which was completely reve rsed by immunosuppressive therapy. Conclusion Only three paediatric pa tients with hypocomplementaemic urticarial vasculitis have been descri bed. Severe renal involvement appropriate treatment.
