Abstract
A 32-year-old woman suffered a right femoral artery embolic occlusion from an abdominal aortic mural thrombus associated with caval perforat ion by a stainless steel Greenfield Filter. The complication required thrombolytic therapy, surgical revascularization, and long-term antico agulation. (C) 1997 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
