Abstract
The method of alpha-particle imaging of the compressed region of micro targets with the use of LR-115 track detector is described. The method was used in high-aspect-ratio (A(s)> 200) target experiments in the I skra-4 laser device. Straight-line and annular slits were used for ima ging. The measured size of the compressed region was similar to 1/3 of the initial diameter of the target.
