Abstract
Several new pyrrole-based aldimine monomers were synthesized by cataly zed-condensation of an appropriate aromatic or aliphatic diamine with pyrrole 2-carboxaldehyde (1:2 molar ratio). Their structure was proved by infrared and NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis.
