Abstract
Development of beta-->omega, and beta-->alpha phase transformations in the rolled quenched alloy Zr-20%Nb was studied by methods of X-ray te xture diffractometry. Usage of a position sensitive detector allowed t o construct, besides usual texture pole fibres, distributions of X-ray line broadening and lattice elastic deformation depending on the orie ntation of reflecting planes. Diagrams of correlation between pole fig ures of different types for beta-, omega- and alpha-phases were analyz ed to reveal factors controlling inhomogeneity of phase transformation s and substructure features of derivative phases.
