Abstract
We describe 4 cases of hepatic hypertrophic osteoarthropathy treated s uccessfully by liver transplantation. Hepatic hypertrophic osteoarthro pathy is a rare and disabling condition associated with severe liver d iseases. It responds poorly to conservative management, and liver tran splantation is the only radical treatment option.
