Abstract
The size of nontranscribed site in 5S-rDNA was determined by the polym erase chain reaction (PCR) method using specific and random (RAPD) pri mers, alpha-Amy genes were localized on 7A and 7B wheat chromosomes. I nterspecific polymorphism was shown in wheat, rye and barley.
