Abstract
A 67-year-old male patient presented with a nephrotic syndrome. Biopsy of the kidney revealed the characteristic of fibrillary glomerulopath y on light and electron microscopy. Other non-nephritic causes of a ne phrotic syndrome (e.g. amyloidosis, immunotactoid glomerulopathy, ligh t-chain glomerulopathy, cryoglobulinaemia, collagen-ill glomerulopathy , fibronectin glomerulopathy) could be excluded. Besides the case repo rt, differential diagnosis of fibrillary glomerulopathies is presented .
