Abstract
A case of sarcoidosis of the paranasal sinuses is reported. Biopsies o f the sinus mucosa showed typical noncaseating granulomas. Hydroxychlo roquine, which is known to be active on the cutaneous form of sarcoido sis, was used here with success and is proposed as an effective altern ative to high-dose systemic steroids.
