Abstract
We report a case of primary brain angiosarcoma of the right parieto-te mporal lobe in a 44 year old man with immunohistochemistry. This case presents a particular macroscopic appearance with massive kystisation. Clinical course was poor with a 9 month survival period. The 27 cases previously published are discussed.
