Abstract
Thermoluminescence of a commercially available imaging plate (BAS-UR) has: been studied in the temperature range 290 to 423 K. It is demonst rated that the thermal activation energies of a glow peak at 338 K obt ained by the peak shape and the curve fitting methods agree within exp erimental error with tile thermal activation energy of the photostimul able centers of the imaging plate as calculated front fading character istics.
