Including relativistic effect in the multi-configuration Hartree-Fock
(MCHF) method and considering detailed level-to-level transitions in t
he calculation, the variations of dielectronic recombination rate coef
ficients with the electron temperature and the nuclear charge for Ne-l
ike isoelectronic ions are illustrated and analysed. A discussion on H
agelstein's approximate formula is given, and the parameters to be use
d in Hagelstein's formula for O-like and F-like zinc ions are provided
.
