Abstract
We report two infants with Werdnig-Hoffmann disease diagnosed by means of spinal MR imaging, histopathologic examination of muscle biopsy sp ecimens, cloned DNA analysis, electrophysiological examination, and cl inical history, The MR findings were consistent with previous histopat hologic reports.
