Clozapine has become a widely used drug in therapy resistant schizophr
enia and, increasingly, in the levodopa-induced dyskinesias and the ps
ychoses of chronic Parkinson's disease. We report the case of a 43 yea
r old male patient who developed a reversible encephalopathy associate
d with clozapine therapy.
