Abstract
New concepts in spiral mandrel dies are more timely than ever Particul arly, when applied to coextrusion dies, they produce a good thickness uniformity, wider processing window, short residence times, as well as a good temperature control. Their advantages include: compact design, easy assembly and disassembly, cleaning; as well as favourable manufa cturing possibilities.
