ALLOCATION OF FLOWS IN NETWORKS WITH UNSTABLE ELEMENTS

Consideration is given to the problem of allocating the flows in a mul ticommodity network whose topology is described by a graph with fuzzy stability of the edges and vertices to destabilizing external factors. The algorithms proposed for solving the problem are oriented to situa tions characterized try insufficient statistical data about the destab ilizing actions upon the network.
