Abstract
U tubes have been used for a wide variety of hepatobiliary problems. W e report a patient with multiple complications possibly related to the use of a U tube. These include secondary biliary cirrhosis, intrahepa tic bilomas, and enterocutaneous fistula. The relatively rare entities of intrahepatic biloma and enterocutaneous fistula are reviewed.
