ove differential. As it usually presents with thoracic rather than abd
ominal symptoms, a combination of imaging modalities, including ch est
radiography (CXR), computerized tomography (CT) and endoscopic retrog
rade cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is essential in obtaining the dia
