Abstract
Microporous aluminum boron oxyhalides were prepared in the Al2O3-B2O3- HX-H2O (X = F, Cl, and Br) system under hydrothermal conditions. Struc tural characteristics of the resulting oxyhalides and their sorption, anion-exchange, and acid-base properties were determined.
