Abstract
A possibility is examined of preparing metallized and conducting coati ngs based on ELP-9 positive acrylic resist by introducing silver trifl uoroacetate into its composition. Factors causing metallization of the resistive coatings and an insignificant increase in the conductivity are discussed.
