Abstract
Usually the development of a pancreatic pseudocyst in the course of pa ncreatitis is followed by surgical intervention. In case of operation an internal drainage is prefered to an external according to general e xperience. We have developed a simplified technique of pancreatocysto- jejunostomy without Braun-or Roux-Y-anastomosis. Here we present our s urgical strategy in the laparoscopic technique.
