Abstract
A case of split notochord syndrome associated with a prolapsed colosto mylike dorsal enteric opening, a foreshortened colon, imperforate anus , and meningocele is presented. The surgical management of this disord er is discussed and available literature reviewed. The patient was suc cessfully treated with a combined, single-stage surgical correction.
