Abstract
An unusual case of overprolonged ovarian function in a 77-year-old wom an that ended in the development of endometrial cancer is presented in this paper. The established knowledge of the correlation of uncontrol led oestrogen activity to this type of cancer is evaluated and correla ted with our patient's hormonal readings.
