The results of measurements of the thermostimulated exoelectron emissi
on (TSEE) from Y1Ba2Cu3O7-delta superconductor are presented. They wer
e recorded during heating in the temperature range 290-600 K supercond
uctor previously irradiated with X-, gamma- and beta-radiation. Intera
ction between electromagnetic or corpuscular radiation and the sample
cause the creation of defects which give TSEE maxima for other tempera
ture. The size of maxima depend only on a dose of absorbed radiation.
Heating the sample at a temperature T greater than or equal to 550 K c
ompletely removes electron traps which were created during irradiation
.
