Abstract
Extraction of lanthanide(III) [praseodymium(III)-lutetium(III)] nitrat es with trialkylmethylammonium nitrate in toluene at 298.15 K and pH 2 is studied. Extraction isotherms are described with account of format ion of the compounds (R4N)(i)[Ln(NO3)(3+i)] in the organic phase. The calculated extraction constants decrease in the series praseodymium(II I)-lutetium(III).
