Abstract
Three polymeric supports (polystyrene, Tentagel and controlled pore gl ass) have been tested for solid phase synthesis of oligosaccharides ba sed on the trichloroacetimidate methodology, Controlled pore glass has been found to yield satisfactory results with TMSOTf as the glycosyla tion promoter. An application to the on-line preparation of a glyconuc leotide is also reported. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights re served.
