DYNAMICAL SUPERSYMMETRY BREAKING

We review mechanisms of dynamical supersymmetry breaking. Several obse rvations that narrow the search for possible models of dynamical super symmetry breaking are summarized. These observations include the neces sary and sufficient conditions for supersymmetry breaking. The two con ditions are based on non-rigorous arguments, and we show examples wher e they are too restrictive. Dynamical effects present in models with p roduct gauge groups are given special attention.
