Abstract
The most common cause of cellulitis is streptococci.(1) Coagulase-nega tive staphylococci(2) and gram-negative bacteria, such as Serratia spp ., Proteus spp., and other Enterobacteriaceae may produce cellulitis i n the immunocompromised patient.(1) We report a case of Citrobacter di versus-induced cellulitis, resembling streptococcal infection, in a pa tient with multiple myeloma.
